智利葡萄酒协会 

在本次TOEwine深圳酒展上，主办方从三大酒类板块分别呈献特色专区。希腊展团、斯洛文尼亚展团、智利葡萄酒协会展团、南非展团、葡萄牙展团、格鲁吉亚展团、摩尔多瓦展团、法国展团、西班牙展团等来自各个产酒国的优秀品牌，将携当地特产的酒品来到TOEwine深圳酒展现场，供各位酒友品鉴。

智利葡萄酒协会亚太地区代表处于2013年5月29日正式在上海成立，是在世界推广智利葡萄酒的官方非盈利机构。目前，协会中共有近百家会员酒庄。占据智利瓶装葡萄酒出口量的70%。在中国市场销售的新世界葡萄酒中，大约三分之一是智利葡萄酒。

VIA Wines 蔚亚酒庄成立于1998年，是由一群具有远见卓识的好友们所发起，他们的愿景就是生产优质的瓶装葡萄酒，并将之推广到世界各地。

多年的努力和研究，以及探索各种不同的风土，最终蔚亚酒庄选择了落脚于马乌莱山谷的圣拉斐尔地区。 在圣拉斐尔，蔚亚酒庄开启了当代智利全国最重要的葡萄种植和酿酒项目。

Las Almas Carmenere, 智利之魂佳美娜限量珍藏:

艳丽的红宝石色泽，这款旗舰级葡萄酒拥有优雅和极其复杂的香气及口感。令人垂延的成熟黑色浆果，与神秘的香料完美的融合一体，充分的体现出佳美娜葡萄品种的特质。再配上来自于长达24个月的法国新橡木桶储存后，所产生的香草，烟丝和咖啡豆等芳香气息。此款葡萄酒的单宁酸达到了甜美柔顺多汁的境界，同时也赋予了此款佳酿具备长期饮用和储藏的无限潜力。

Lazuli Blend, 青金石家族珍藏混酿：

采用赤霞珠，西拉，佳美娜和小维多等四种葡萄品种酿造的家族珍藏级混酿干红。这款葡萄酒有着深峻的车厘子色泽。它散发出红色浆果如车厘子，覆盆子，草莓，加上少许的花香，香草，皮革和烟丝等混合香气。香甜浓郁的入口感，随着醒酒时间，逐渐转化成拥有和谐的单宁，酒精和酸度的一款优雅干红，后韵如丝绸般的绵长持久。新旧法国和美洲橡木桶内储存长达20个月之久。

Our commitment with the quality starts in our vineyards located in emblematic valleys of our country: Colchagua Valley, Cachapoal Valley, and Maipo Valley.

It started in 2013 by Sebastian Errazuriz Lyon and now belongs to Ventisquero Wine Estates Holding.

Our winemaker Deborah Witting is a talented woman who wants to create wines with character, big structure, and great personaility.

Gran Reserva Carmenere 2019

Variety: 100% Carmenere

Denomination of Origin: Colchagua Valley.

Soil: Highly permeable granitic, stony soil, with a depth of between 0.6 to 1 meters.

Terroir: Poverty of their soils, which produce very concentrated wines and some of the vines are more than 100 years old.

Vintage: The grapes were harvested between 15 and 25 April, when organoleptic qualities, aromas and tannins were at their best. The clusters were manually harvested

and then transported and selected.

Wine

Winemaking: The grapes were hand-picked and first underwent a pre-fermentative low-temperature maceration to bring out the maximum colour and aromas during 1 week. Then the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks during 5 days. Aged during 12 months in French oak barrels from 1st and second use.

Tasting Notes

Deep red color with purple hints, ripe black fruits aromas like black cherries, nice spices like tea, black pepper and graphite due to their minerality. Evolution notes such as vanilla, coco and bitter chocolate due to the ageing in French oak barrels. Well structured, mouth filing texture, butter and a long finish.

San Pedro 圣醅罗酒庄主要的葡萄园和拥有百年历史的酒窖都位于Molina 市，距离首都圣地亚哥以南200公里的库里克山谷，拥有1000公顷的葡萄种植面积，是拉丁美洲最大面积的连片葡萄园。酒庄配别了高水平的基础设施和技术。旗下1865、黑猫、Molina等丰富的品牌。

酒款介绍

颜色：明亮的宝石红色中泛有紫色的光晕。

香气：覆盆子，樱桃，蓝莓的香气中夹杂着香辛料，香草，摩卡和太妃糖的气息。

口感：入口圆润，单宁细腻丝滑，酸度清爽，悠长的余味中夹杂着水果的甜美气息。

配餐：适合搭配肉类，烧烤，红烧，炖菜和芝士。

Viña San Esteban is a family vineyard at the feet of the Andes mountains of the Aconcagua Valley. We mostly produce Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc, and also very interesting blends. Our main brands are IN SITU & Viña San Esteban.

Our grapes ripen gradually and gently due to high altitude hillside farming around 900m. The slopes of Paidahuen hill provide rocky soil and low fertility while capturing sunlight at just the right angles to produce unique and expressive grapes. In the evening, a cool breeze descends from the Andes Mountains to create an exceptional temperature variation, resulting in complex and elegant wines.

In Situ wines are distributed in more than 20 countries in Asia, Europe & America.

IN SITU wines are crafted with carefully selected grapes from the upper Aconcagua Valley. Our best selling series are Laguna del Inca (Reserva de Familia), Cabernet Sauvignon (Gran Reserva), Signature Blend  and Carmenere (Reserva).

Laguna del Inca is a handpicked blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon / 35%Syrah / 25% Carmenere, aged in French and American oak for 14months to round the tannins. After bottling the wine was aged at least 6 months before release. Dark ruby-coloured. Wild berry and exotically herbed and spiced edge, complemented by some cool climate aromas such as black currant and black cherry permeated by dried thyme. Firm tannins add structure to the bitter cherry and liquorice flavours, with good mineral lift to the finish. A nicely focused blend with the balance and concentration to repay cellaring. Rated 92 Tim Atkin (Vintage 2017)

Aresti Chile Wine (ACW) is a family-owned winery that was founded in 1951 by Vicente Aresti A.
