​​       从2020年3月份之后，很多原材料的价格实际上都出现了一定幅度的上涨，特别是在2021年过完年之后，很多原材料价格的涨幅更是比较明显。目前，在实现“双碳”目标的大背景下，能源短缺，限电限产，最终导致“供应短缺”，在这些因素的影响下，原材料价格持续高涨。

       其实分析完现状之后，我们需要告知客户，涨价是大势所趋，现在不止中国的工厂，全球各地的工厂都已经进入了涨价模式。

      下面就是英文版的经典话术：

       某种原材料自X年X月起价格已有显著上升，在过去的XX个月中，我们竭尽所能控制成本的上升，但随着原材料价格的不断上涨，我们已无法完全消化其带来的影响。

We have no other option than to increase the prices of products and solutions. Our focus remains on delivering value to and serving our customers across the world.

       我们别无选择，只有提高产品的报价。我们的工作重心依然是为全球客户提供高价值的产品与服务。 

公司名称 is committed to long standing relationships including consistent supply and product innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a price increase. The changes will be effective on all orders shipped on or after 日期, 2021.

       我司致力于与客户建立长久的合作关系，包括持续的产能和产品的创新，所以，有必要进行本次提价。所有在2021年X月X日之后出运的订单将适用于新价格。

       最后，在客户还在犹豫不决的时候来上这样一句话结尾。

We hope you confirm the order asap due to the situation is not so optimistic, the price is likely to continue to rise.

     由于现在的情况还是不太明朗，我司希望您能够尽快确认订单，因为后期价格很可能会继续上涨。
