金馬創投會議為專注華語影視投資之媒合平台，提供創作者與投資發行方洽談合作的機會，竭力推動產業人員與國際接軌，至今已邁入第17年！金馬創投會議特有的「一對一媒合會議」，讓各入選製片方於獨立空間完整呈現其創意及製作實力，與投資者暢所欲言；會議前夕也特別舉辦培訓工作坊，邀請經驗豐富的電影人診斷入選企劃案，寶貴的意見讓入選企劃案表現更加出色，提升投資人投資機率。
今年完成的入選企劃案作品類型豐富，在國際影壇也有不少斬獲，包括《明天比昨天長久》（Tomorrow is Long Time）、《富都青年》（Abang Adik）、《本日公休》（Day Off）、《疫起》（Eye of the Storm）、《默殺》（A Place Called Silence）、《全個世界都有電話》（Everyphone Everywhere）、《青春並不溫柔》（Who’ll Stop the Rain）、《我和我的賽車老爸》（See You at the Rally）等精彩佳作。
入選企劃案除了在影壇擁有亮眼成績，也在第59屆金馬獎大放異彩，如《一家子兒咕咕叫》（Coo-Coo 043）、《九槍》（And Miles to Go Before I Sleep）、《咒》（Incantation）、《我心我行》（Salute）、《夏日天空的那匹紅馬》（Flotsam and Jetsam）、《神人之家》（A Holy Family）、《憂鬱之島》（Blue Island）。於2020年設立劇集（Series）企劃徵件，其中《不良執念清除師》（Oh No! Here Comes Trouble） 、《我願意》（The Amazing Grace of Σ）等作品，也掀起一波觀眾討論熱度。豐沛多元的創作能量，也為華語影壇帶來不同的樣貌。

The Golden Horse Film Project Promotion (FPP) is a project pitching and coproduction platform designed for Chinese-language film/series projects and filmmakers. The FPP is launching its 17th edition, consisting of two major events: One-on-one private meetings and professional workshops. The FPP’s signature one-on-one round table meetings are especially lauded as rare independent spaces, where filmmakers may fully present their creative visions and production capability, and where industry professionals may speak freely and unreservedly. Prior to the meetings, the representatives of the Selected Projects will be invited to workshops with their project proposal to discuss with industry veterans, whose valuable suggestions add the polishing touches on pitches, advancing investor commitment prospects.
Myriad Selected Projects from the past editions which complete this year include Tomorrow is Long Time, Abang Adik, Day Off, Eye of the Storm, A Place Called Silence, Everyphone Everywhere, Who’ll Stop the Rain, and See You at the Rally. Besides shining at various international film festivals, the recently completed projects also perform brilliantly at the annual 59th Golden Horse Awards, including Coo-Coo 043, And Miles to Go Before I Sleep, Incantation, Salute, Flotsam and Jetsam, A Holy Family, and Blue Island. Series projects Oh No! Here Comes Trouble and The Amazing Grace of Σ have also sparked a round of heated discussion among the audience since releasing on the platforms.
The submission for the 2023 Golden Horse FPP Series project will end on June 30th. Submissions for the FPP project and WIP project start from June 15th. Please refer to the online submission guidelines and start your project with us at the Golden Horse FPP!
