Hello,
This article is in regard to ADOR’s long-term unfair treatment towards Minji on styling, performance time portion, promotions besides team schedules and so on. We sincerely hope that our voices could be heard:

① Minji deserves more lines, and more center position during choreography.
Three albums in since debut, we can’t help but notice that Minji has always had one of the fewest lines in different songs; sometimes not even half the length of other members’ line distributions. Not only that, there’s been very little chances for her to have the center position during choreography. This type of arrangement lessens Minji’s opportunity to shine on stage to a great extent, also disappointed many fans who look forward to her stage performance.

② Minji deserves various styles in hair&makeup instead of the constant straighten black hair and nude makeup. Styling team needs to put in the same effort as when doing other members’ look onto Minji.
Since debut, Minji has been represented as visual center of the team by media and audiences; however, ADOR styling team has not been putting enough efforts into Minji but using the same routine as a short-cut. Scrolling through Minji’s look-book, we observed that some of Minji’s own looks(during phoning call) are better than what the company styling team put on her on significant promotion schedules. Styling team has to put in proper effort on styling Minji and give her more diverse hair&makeup and outfits.

③ Screen time needs to be fairly and properly distributed. Minji also deserves to shine on stage.
Arranging special stage for year-end performances is tradition in K-pop industry; but, in the past TMA and MMA special stages, Minji has got the least screen time among all. After fans’ own editing, we realized that her screen time is 1/10 of the entire performance. Minji, also, was not guaranteed any solo performance like other members have gotten. As fans who waited so long to see Minji on stage, this behavior is frustrating and intolerable. As an outstanding artist, Minji deserves a chance to show herself, just like other members.

④ ADOR needs to do a better job when arranging promoting schedules(within team or outside), solo schedules, and according publicities among all.
Take filming challenges as an example. Talking about recent media platform for K-pop idols, posting “challenge” videos is one of the means to attract new audiences and popularities. However, management team has not been dispensing a fair chance towards Minji on this matter. Ever since debut, Minji has only done 6 challenge-videos beside those ones with the whole team; which, sadly, is not even half of other members. While other members are out for their own solo schedules, Minji’s fans are also waiting on Minji’s own events to happen. Despite having fewer opportunities, the several times when she had her own schedules, the behinds videos were coming out much slower than other members’. We are not throwing shades at any other people rather than ADOR management teams not doing their job. The ignoring and overlooking is absurd and upsetting for fans that would love to see Minji’s developments in her career.

We solemnly hope ADOR would listen and make significant changes before next comeback. Treat Minji fairly and stop all the disappointments.

데뷔 이후 장기간 여러번의 스타일링, 퍼포먼스 분량, 개인활동 홍보, 팀 외 활동 등에 있어 민지에 대한 귀사의 차별화행동에 대해 다음과 같이 요구를 제의합니다.
1. 이후 활동에서 민지의 곡 파트 분량 및 안무 센터 편성분량을 공평하게 분배해주시길 바랍니다.
데뷔후 지금까지 앨범을 3장 냈지만,전체 곡을 통계해보면 ,민지의 개인 파트는 꼴찌일뿐만 아니라 파트분량은 심지어 같은 팀내멤버의 절반밖에 안됩니다!또한 일부 노래에선, 민지의 목소리를 거의 찾아볼 수 없는 상황에서, 안무 편성센터분량은 더더욱 찾아볼수가 없습니다. 이또한 민지가 무대에서 자기자신을 표현할수 있는 기회를 대대적으로 줄임으로서 ,무대에서 빛나는 민지의 모습을 보고 싶어 하는 팬들한테는 아주 큰 타격입니다!
2. 민지한테 잘 어울리고 다양한 메이크업을 해 주시길 바랍니다. 항상 긴생머리, 누드 메이크업만 추구하시지 말고 ,최소한 팀내 멤버들이랑 같은 메이크업 대우를 해주시길 바랍니다.
데뷔후 민지는 뉴진스를 주목하고 있는 시청자와 신문사들한테서 팀내 비주얼센터로 인정받고 있습니다. 대중인지도에 있어 귀사는 민지가 응당 받아야 할 메이크업이랑 스타일링을 한번도 해주지 못햇고,오히려 매번 똑같은 누드 메이크업과 심플한 헤어스타일로 대충 마무리 하셧으며, 심지어 중요한 행사에선, 민지의 무대의상과 스타일링은 민지가 개인라이브방송할때 입은 개인 사복보다 못한상황이 많아서,활동을 유심히 지켜보는 팬들한텐, 민지가 자신만의 다양한 매력을 제대로 보여주지 못해 속상해하고 실망했습니다.부디 귀사에서 민지한테 화려한 메이크업을 해주셔서 민지만의 다양한 매력을 펼칠수 있도록 부탁드립니다.
3. 각종 특별활동 무대에서 멤버들의 합리적인 카메라분량의 분배를 중시하고,민지한테 자신만의 매력을 어필할수 있는 기회를 주시길 바랍니다.
모든 특별활동에서 특별안무를 짰었지만,며칠전 TMA무대의 댄스브레이크,금방 끝난 MMA무대에선,민지의 개인파트는 거의 없었고,팬들이 직접 편집한 개인파트분량는 전체 무대의 1/10도 되지 않았습니다.심지어 다른멤버들한테 주어진 솔로 기회조차 민지한테 주어지지 않았습니다, 귀사의 행동은 대중들한테 민지의 매력을 어필할수 있는 기회를 막은 것이고,무대를 간절히 바래오고 민지를 보고 싶어하는 팬들에겐, 귀사의 이러한 행동들이 너무나도 과분하고 실망스럽습니다, 민지가 자신을 보여줄 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있도록 합리적인 무대 분배를 부탁드립니다!
4. 귀사에서 팀내외의 활동과 개인 일정을 합리적으로 조정하고 민지의 개인 활동 홍보를 중시해 주시기 바랍니다.
Kpop 아이돌한테 대해 , 무대아래서의 챌린지는 매우 중요한 입덕 기회라고 생각합니다.귀사는 분명히 챌린지분배에 있어 불합리한 행동을 선보이고 있으며, 데뷔후부터 지금까지 비단체챌린지를 6번했엇는데,팀내다른 멤버챌린지 회수의 절반도 미치지 못합니다.또한, 팀멤버들의 연이은 스케줄에도 불구하고 ,민지 팬들은 민지만의 활동을 간절히 바랬지만,개인활동은 거의 없엇고. 심지어 너무나도 드문 몇번의 개인 활동에 대한 비하인드 홍보속도마저 팀내벰버랑 대비했을때 크게 미치지 못합니다.귀사는 전혀 민지 에대해 신경 쓰지 않으며, 민지의 앞으로에 대해 ,관심을 갖고 있는 팬들의 마음을 아프게 하고 있습니다.
민지를 응원하는 팬들에게 실망과 아픔을 주지 말고,민지가 응당 가져야 할 파트과 메이크업 스타일링을 잘해주실수있도록 ,위 네 가지 사항을 중시해주시고 다음 활동전까지 정정해 주시길 바랍니다.
