I fail to see how national security prevents the prosecution from providing us a list of witnesses.

(15) Burden of proof, 举证责任

(16) Convicting, 定罪

We are not convicting. We are just denying.

(17) Charges, 指控
例，
If you can't do that, you'd be accepting the charges. You will lose your job. You will lose your reputation. We will lose our house. Robert, we have to fight.
